Pair up in small groups of 8-10 women with only 1 mentor in each circle
Take part in effective and supportive learning discussions for 1 hour each fortnight
Choose from business or technical topics such as interview and resume preparation, DevOps, Data & AI, Copilot Agents and more.
Learn with ease through virtual sessions, planned in advance around your registration preferences

Format: 100% virtual for ultimate flexibility.

Mentorship is opened to women in ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) and open to women professionals / will be entering the workforce
This mentorship program connects mentees with industry leaders as mentors to support a career growth in tech.
Each mentorship circle (8-10 mentees) meets for six sessions, scheduled by the mentor. These sessions are arranged in WhatsApp groups where calendar invites and resources are shared.
To successfully complete the program, mentees need to attend at least 6 sessions and complete a feedback form after each session. A certificate is awarded upon meeting this requirement.
You’ll be invited to a Completion Ceremony to celebrate your achievements and connect with other participants. Additionally, you’ll have access to further opportunities like hackathons, meetups, and training.
