This workshop explores the practical applications of artificial intelligence and data science in modern manufacturing systems. It presents how machine learning algorithms and advanced analytics enable manufacturers to detect faults, inspect defects, diagnose root causes, predict outcomes, and optimize process parameters. The session highlights the data-to-decision pipeline and introduces a framework connecting predictive to prescriptive intelligence for smart manufacturing.
Participants will learn how AI and data science are revolutionizing manufacturing from extracting actionable insights from production data to developing predictive and adaptive control strategies. The workshop shows how AI and data science empowers engineers to detect anomalies in real-time, reduce defects, and improve yield while minimizing downtime and costs. It is designed for industrial engineers, data scientists, and decision-makers seeking to transform their operations with intelligent and proactive manufacturing systems.
